What to Expect:

  1. Customers will be greeted at the door and will be supplied with a mask if you don't have access to one.
  2.  In store service will be guided by sales reps and customers will be seated in an area designated for that sales rep. The area will be cleaned and disinfected between customers.
  3. Associates may remain “socially distant” when bringing out products or while customers are trying on shoes.
  4. The sales representative will also clean and disinfect the sales register and workstation after each transaction.
